Security of Personal Information
6.1 Top Juice will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure (other than set out in the Privacy Policy).
6.2 No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while Top Juice strives to protect your Personal Information, Top Juice cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Top Juice over the internet, and you do so at your own risk. Once Top Juice receives your transmission, Top Juice makes its best effort to try and ensure the information and Personal Information security both on Top Juice’s systems and while in transit between Top Juice’s systems and the companies who provide Top Juice with the various systems.
6.3 If Top Juice becomes aware of an eligible data breach, Top Juice will assess whether the breach is likely to result in serious harm to the individual whose personal information has been compromised. If such assessment divulges that there was a data breach which is required to be reported under the Australian Privacy laws, Top Juice will accordingly report the breach to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and the individuals to whom the breach relates (where that individual’s contact details are accurate).

7.1 If you require further information or wish to make a complaint about a breach of the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) by Top Juice, please contact feedback@topjuice.com.au. The Co-ordinator will investigate your complaint and determine how it can be resolved.
7.2 Should you not be satisfied with the way your complaint was handled or determined, you may contact Top Juice or, alternatively, contact the Australian Information Commissioner via www.oaic.gov.au.
